Rotating Flower Vending Machine — TCN-CLC-16 (V22)

Selling flowers when there's no one behind the counter.

Cut flowers are one of the hardest products to sell unattended. They bruise, they dry out, they look tired by the second day, and a customer won't buy a bouquet that has been sitting in a warm lobby since morning. The TCN-CLC-16 (V22) was built around that constraint rather than around the machine.

It's a rotating carousel cabinet that keeps 16 sealed compartments at a controlled temperature, holds humidity with a timed mist cycle, and releases only the door that was paid for. Florists use it to keep selling after closing. Gift brands use it as a storefront in places they'd never staff — a hospital lobby, a hotel corridor, a metro concourse. Either way, the unit runs unattended, reports its own status, and doesn't need anyone to open it in the morning.

A cabinet designed around cut flowers

Most vending machines are built for shelf-stable goods, then adapted for everything else. This one starts from the opposite end. The interior holds anywhere from 4°C to 25°C (39.2°F to 77°F), so you can run it cold for roses and lilies, or closer to ambient for dried arrangements, gift boxes and small cakes. A micro-mist system releases a fine spray on a timed cycle to slow water loss at the petals, which is the difference between a bouquet that photographs well on day three and one that doesn't.

The glass is heated and anti-fogged. That matters more than it sounds: flower coolers placed near an entrance, a loading dock or a humid coastal site fog up within minutes, and a display you can't see through is a display nobody buys from.

One screen, every way they pay

The 21.5-inch capacitive touchscreen handles the whole transaction — browsing, selection, payment, receipt. Behind it, one unit accepts banknotes, credit and debit cards through Nayax or Pax terminals, QR-code wallets and cash. That breadth isn't a spec-sheet flex. Payment habits change block by block: a mall in Chicago runs on tap-to-pay, a transit station in Southeast Asia runs on QR, and a facility outside a city still sees plenty of cash. A machine that covers all four works in all three places.

Sixteen doors, sixteen independent sales

Each compartment unlocks on its own, and only for the product that was purchased. Nothing else is exposed, nothing else can be reached, and a failed selection doesn't leave the rest of the cabinet open to the street. Practically, that means you can mix price points in a single unit — a 15-dollar single stem next to a 90-dollar arrangement — without worrying about the cheap item walking off while someone browses the expensive one.

Compartment dimensions are configurable, so tall vase bouquets and low gift boxes can share the same cabinet instead of forcing you to standardise your packaging around the machine.

Built to carry your brand, not ours

Wrap, colour and logo are yours. The exterior is fully customisable, and the unit is designed to look like part of your retail presence rather than a generic vending box parked in a corner. A heating module is available for colder sites or unheated spaces. And for teams with an existing digital business, an SDK and API let orders flow from your own app, website or membership system into the machine — so a customer can order ahead and collect without touching the screen at all.

Every unit reports back

TCN Cloud IoT keeps the fleet visible from a browser. You can see which compartment sold and when, push price changes to a single unit or across all of them, and receive fault alerts before a machine goes dark — a compressor drifting, a door failing to close, a payment terminal offline. For operators running more than a handful of locations, that's the difference between finding out from a customer complaint and finding out from a dashboard.

그것이 제 역할을 하는 곳

Hospitals and clinics, where flowers are bought on impulse at visiting hours and there's no florist on site. Hotels and serviced apartments, as an in-lobby gift and gesture purchase. Transit hubs and airports, where a wrapped bouquet is an easy last-minute buy. University campuses, office towers and residential complexes, where a small footprint replaces a staffed kiosk. And for existing flower shops, as a satellite point that extends reach without extending payroll.

Support that doesn't stop at delivery

Every unit ships with a 12-month factory warranty and lifetime technical support from the team that builds it. Remote diagnostics through the cloud platform resolve most issues without a site visit; when hardware does need attention, the modular compartment and cabinet design keeps the fix local instead of pulling the whole machine out of service.
